• front(the exterior part of the mask/the background of the embroidery) : satin.
• padding(the inside part of the sleep mask) : plush batting which blocks the light, gives extra comfort and a super soft effect to the sleep mask.
• lining(the part that goes against the face) : black satin; soft and silky.
• elastic : soft wide elastic. Choose one size fits most or adjustable size from the drop down menu.
• thread : embroidery threads.

Payments

Payment must be made in full before we can schedule your order or create any drafts.

Due to a high volume of orders, we are only able to create drafts for custom design orders.
We provide drafts for your approval on custom designs before embroidery begins.
We do accept cancellations on custom orders that have not been approved just in case you don't love what we draft up for you. So there's no risk! You won't be stuck with a product you don't love!

Personalized orders do not receive drafts. The monograms and names will be made exactly as you provide them in the personalization box. We don't accept cancelations on personalized items.

No receipts are enclosed with the orders. A digital copy of the receipt will be provided by request.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, purchasing from us means that you agree with our policies and that you have read them.

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
Shipping upgrades are available during checkout and only speed up delivery time.
The processing time is unaffected by shipping upgrades.

The processing time is the length of time between when the order is placed and when it ships and does not include the shipping time.
If anything changes on the processing time, you will be contacted by us.

For orders "needed by", a shipping upgrade may be required, depending or your "needed by" date.

ONLY FedEx shipping services are guaranteed delivery date.
USPS shipping services are NOT guaranteed delivery date.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are made and shipped, Monday thru Friday, in the order they are received. The processing time is typically 1 to 3 business days.
We usually keep all our non customized designs in stock .

Custom designs can take a few days more, depending on how soon you give us all the details and how soon you confirm the draft.

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and upgrades are available at checkout.
Please consider the processing time + delivery time, when making your selections and allowing a couple of extra days during the Holiday seasons!

CUSTOM ORDERS

RUSH ORDERS
It happens. We get it, and we're here to help.
We work hard to get orders out as fast as the SAME DAY!.
However you may still need expedited shipping.
Send us a message and let us know your "needed by date" and we will do our best to make sure your order arrives on time!

INCORRECT ADDRESS
The order will be send to the address linked in your Etsy account.
Please check your address before placing the order or send us a convo ASAP with the correct address.
Once the order is shipped, it is out of our hands and there is nothing we can do.
No replacements. No refunds.

MISDELIVERED, DAMAGED or LOST ORDERS
You need to contact USPS or FedEx.
Once we drop off the orders to the USPS/FedEx, they are fully responsible for the parcels. Once the order is shipped, it is out of our hands and there is nothing we can do.
